                The traditional food from bogor is Asinan Bogor,asinan bogor is like a salad but the ingridients is different.The name of asinan because the taste is saltly.
The ingridients of asinan bogor sauce are :
·         Red chili,wash and then crush
·         Sugar
·         A java tamarind
·         Vinegar
·         Salt
The ingridients  for asinan bogor are:
v  Mango
v  Papaya
v  Guava
v  Endive
v  Youngbeen
v  Tofu
v  Cucumber
The cooking tools is :
Ø  Knife
Ø  Spoon
Ø  Pan
Ø  Stove
How to make asinan bogor sauce is:
1.       Boil all the ingridients of sauce except vinegar  until the sauce  bolls.and then wait a fifteen minutes on the flame.
2.        Take of from fire and cold in
3.        After cold in,vinegar and stir it.
How to serve of Asinan Bogor is:
1.       Are  Fruits and vegetables are combined into a bowl ,and then pour with sauce.
2.        And then giveFried peanut if you like
